1. Priority Search Rank
Your profile will be prioritized at the top of buyer search results. This means buyers are more likely to see your company first when searching for suppliers that match your capabilities - leading to more search appearances and, ultimately, more profile views. Here’s what that looks like for buyers in Explorer:
PLUS suppliers are highlighted in blue and labeled Suggested. If more than 5 PLUS suppliers match the search, we’ll show 5 at the top of each page of results, sorted by match relevance.
2. Supplier Spotlight
PLUS suppliers will be featured on the Explorer homepage for buyers in your target industries (you can edit your target industries in Company Profile > Capabilities). This additional exposure helps put your business in front of decision makers who are actively looking for qualified suppliers like you, ultimately increasing profile views.
PLUS suppliers are displayed on the Explorer homepage. If several PLUS suppliers match the buyer’s industry, they will be randomized each time the page is loaded until all possible suppliers are shown. Buyers can page through the featured suppliers using the arrows on the right.
3. Advanced Insights
With PLUS, you’ll unlock two additional charts on your profile performance dashboard in SupplierOne:
- Profile Views by Month — track how your visibility is trending over time.

Top Buyer Search Keywords — see which keywords buyers are searching for, giving you helpful insights to optimize your profile.
4. Live Chat Support
Get faster answers to your questions with access to live chat support directly from the SupplierOne dashboard.
